How much information about students do you give to the Partnerships team, and to the hiring partner?

Understanding how much communication happens between the coaches and the partnerships team.

The Partnerships team manage relationships with our hiring partners, and the Coaches are not in touch with hiring partners.

As much as possible, Coaches stay out of the relationship between the Partnerships team and the developers. This is because if developers believed that Coaches were going to give information to the Partnerships team about them that counted toward shortlisting, they would likely be less comfortable reaching out when they struggle or do not understand some concepts.

The coaching relationship relies on a high amount of trust in the coaches and the feeling among developers Coaches are on their side.

This being said, Coaches may answer the occasional question from the Partnerships team about a specific student (especially when the team feels a student may be misrepresenting themselves).
