We’re teaching developers to teach themselves - we’re setting them up for the long run. So the short answer? Nearly everything. We don’t teach them how to cut and paste the first solution they find on Google and we don’t teach them to rely on others for answers.
Also, CSS - there are loads of great resources out there for learning CSS, and it’s not an essential skill for all developers. If a developer is interested in CSS then a coach will help them identify useful resources and challenges to help them reach their goals.
